Vinified in cocciopesto amphorae under a protocol aimed at regulating fermentation and minimizing oxidation, this wine offers a direct and precise interpretation of the variety. On the palate it stands out for its balance, firm tannins and well-integrated acidity, reflecting a careful and origin-driven winemaking approach.
